Why not? We want Angel. ==== Good luck boys and stay off the porch |
Is that anything like "dead reckoning"?
And is that a "man purse" that Capt. McHale has? :duck: |
A man purse???...heavens no thats an early prototype shell bag:rotf:
Guys it's not a purse, it's a satchel, and I'm sure it's loaded with cool stuff like ammo, TNT, and hand guns.
I'm kinda fond of the sawed-off '97
That be his 'possibles bag' he's carrying. Cool picture.
Richard,
It'll carry bought anything possible. That a J3, how many horses up front? ch |
150HP PA-12, 3-seater
Lycoming Power Plant perhaps?
I like the foto- not the "Magnificent Seven" but perhaps the "Fore-armed Four" on their mission to -- whatever??:cool:
Photo would be a bit more cool if that "Wild Bunch" had Holden holdin' a Parker. I guess that would then be "Pike's Parker".
William Holden? Where??
I recognized Lee Van Cleef and Ernie Borgnine-but where was Bill Holden in the Wild Bunch foto shown? I know he was "holdin'" a Sten in "The Bridge On The River Kwai" and later a Joystick in "The bridges Of To-Ko-Ree" - what a great job he did in any movie- if it wasn't for Bogie, Holden was my favorite action part actor until Steve McQueen came along--:bigbye:
I admit I did not recognize him either (maybe the hat and 'stache interfere). I looked through Borgnine's filmography and found The Wild Bunch and then read a bit about the making of the film. Holden is the "badass" (Pike Bishop) of the gang. In the pic he is next to Borgnine. Here's another similar pic.
