Parker Pages Summer Issue has been mailed

I just received, via FedEx Ground, my case of Parker Pages for distribution to this issue's authors.

I was informed that the mailing to members had gone out on Tuesday afternoon and you should start receiving yours today.

A BIG Thank-You to those contributors of material for this issue.... without you we would have nothing more than a pamphlet of advertisements - Great Job guys!!

Incidentally, a big Thank-You as well to our advertisers for their support!!

Dean

Like my Dad used to say... "Rank has its privileges."

Eric Eis 06-11-2015 10:53 AM

Well since it's coming from Northern Michigan and I'm in Southern Michigan I should receive it after I get back from the Wisc. Great Northern Shoot (Fathers Day weekend) :rotf::rotf: USPS at it's finest.....

Daniel Carter 06-12-2015 03:23 PM

Parker Pages

Arrived south of Boston today. Must be my proximity to Mr. Romig.

Wes Stueber 06-12-2015 03:43 PM

Outstanding Summer Issue job, guys! Miy copy arrived here today in IL. I just finished paging through it so now I can get down to begin reading the individual stories.

Wes

Robert Rambler 06-12-2015 05:21 PM

Marty Kohler 06-12-2015 06:34 PM

Buffalo N.Y. Today, still in plastic........... looking forward to relaxed weekend reading:)

Dave Suponski 06-12-2015 07:03 PM

Arrived here in CT today also.

Chuck Bishop 06-12-2015 07:03 PM

We sure have talented writers and photographers in the PGCA. Each issue out does the previous one.

Dean Romig 06-12-2015 07:16 PM

I received my personal copy in northeastern MA today by USPS.

Mills Morrison 06-12-2015 07:45 PM

Still waiting on mine

Dean Romig 06-12-2015 07:57 PM

You'll have to wait a bit longer Mills. Two articles in the same issue requires extra postage and yours didn't make it out in the same shipment with everybody else's... ;)

Arrived today in New York's Southern Tier. Great issue, couldn't put it down. I really enjoy reading members "real life" hunting stories that you can relate to and not the "overinflated" stories in many other magazines. Great job by the writers and those that put the issue together.

Mills Morrison 06-12-2015 09:32 PM

I've already read my articles. I want to see the others. Looks like a Rio Grand turkey story.

Yeah, I hate ads disguised as hunting stories too

Eric Eis 06-12-2015 11:56 PM

Well USPS, everyone get's their's, but I'm still waiting. I know carrying the Parker Pages is hard to do, from Northern MI to my home, it's a long ways (200 miles maybe), but come on..... oh well I'll read it next month............

Jean Swanson 06-13-2015 08:36 AM

Dean and contributors-----EXCELLENT -----George, great tribute to Gary, the DelGrego family and Peter.

"The Good Doctor", Ken Waite----an article well deserving to a perfect gentleman with a heart of gold---Knowing of the long time relationship between Art and Ken, it must have been a difficult task for Art to write about his closest friend.

I still have more reading, I am confident the remaining articles will be great

Phil Yearout 06-13-2015 09:14 AM

The stage arrived on the prairie yesterday; Miss Kitty personally delivered my copy. Great issue!

Jeremy Pinsly 06-13-2015 02:34 PM

There was an article in the recent issue which mentioned some hang tags were recently found and the serial numbers were listed in the publication. I searched cover to cover twice and couldn't find the list. Did I missing something?

Daryl Corona 06-13-2015 03:14 PM

Issue arrived in Md. today. Great.

Craig Parker 06-13-2015 03:59 PM

Another Great issue, great stories front to back.
Craig

Gary Carmichael Sr 06-13-2015 04:13 PM

Just got my issue today, seems as though the mail station half way up the mountain where they change horses, was broken into seems they took all the horses so the postman had to walk the 2 miles up and of course as usual slowww, Gary

Mills Morrison 06-13-2015 04:23 PM

Still waiting here. . .

George M. Purtill 06-13-2015 09:36 PM

Jeremy, that was quite some time ago. I'll find the listing for you and post it here if I can.

Mike Franzen 06-13-2015 11:55 PM

Jeff Christie 06-14-2015 12:00 AM

Dave Tatman 06-14-2015 10:50 PM

Steve Cambria 06-15-2015 02:33 PM

Dean,

Wowwww! Congrats on a phenomenal issue of PP's!!

What a benchmark example of the added horsepower gained from member contributions!! The Fox BOD's are most humbled and insanely jealous. Now, if only some of that team spirit would blow south towards Philly:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Rick Losey 06-15-2015 02:40 PM

maybe if you buy Dean a nice Fox he will offer consulting

Steve Cambria 06-15-2015 03:07 PM

He's one tough, Filbert. I'm hoping once he gets his hands around Spiller's 16bore CE Fox Special he might think twice. Oh crap, where the he** is that delete button....:corn::corn::bigbye:

Agreed - agreed, but wait until you see the Fall Issue just loaded with technical articles... again, all the result of members' wonderful contributions.

Bill Holcombe 06-17-2015 04:03 PM

It hasn't shown up in Texas yet. Can't wait!

George M. Purtill 06-17-2015 04:26 PM
