iPhone and Forum
I access the forum 90% of the time with my iPhone 6+. Friday, and since, when I select the icon on my home screen it takes me to the log in page and I have to log in to gain access. My pc doesn't have this problem as it remembers my log in info. I have tried the following to correct the problem on my phone:
Turned off and restarted my phone. Followed the links provided by the forum admin and notified John. Deleted the link and reinstalled a new link on my home screen. Anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions on how to fix? Thank you in advance, Mike |
Mike, I access the forum with my I Phone 6 during the day with no log in problems.

I have too for years. It just started a couple days ago. It's something with my phone or the settings.
|
did you download the new IOS ?
or are you set up for auto update? |
Rick I haven't downloaded the new iOS yet.
|
Mike, have you checked the box to "remember me" when you log in?
|
About 25 times lol
|
Mike, I heard the new OS screws up the phone with glitchs
|
I heard that too Dave. That's why I haven't installed it yet.
|
yeah - my tech support (AKA oldest daughter ) looked at my phone yesterday and said
you have a settings download waiting - is that 8.2 i said yes and she said good- don't do it, its full of problems |
That's why it's easier to read on my computer.....Plus the font is too small to read on my Iphone or you make it larger and read four words at a time, too much of a pain in the a$$ for me...

I can not stay logged in on my IPhone or IPad. The one thing my daughter showed me was that when I hit my icon that I saved In my favorites for thr Parker Forum iyou can auto fill password. At least on mine when I come to the forum and hit long in my key pad pops up. At the top left in blue is <> AutoFill Password. If I tap this it auto fills in all of my info, user name and password. Then it is simple as tapping enter. Not sure if this helps.

Hate to say it but hand held devices are the wave of the future. I even heard websites will be obsolete and it will be apps

Hand held devices are the work of the devil.:banghead::shock:
