“Mullerite” No. 1 was a Bulk Smokeless; No. 2 an early dense and faster burning powder.
83 grains No. 1 and 33 grains No. 2 = 3 Dram Eq.

Shameless theft!

Dave Suponski 11-29-2014 07:15 PM

Deplorable....

Eldon Goddard 11-29-2014 08:13 PM

And they eat French fries with mayonnaise. Europeans what are you going to do.

George M. Purtill 11-29-2014 08:29 PM

And it took the French 5 words to say smokeless powder.

edgarspencer 11-29-2014 10:31 PM

I love mayo with French Fries. I'm a Scot.

Eldon Goddard 11-30-2014 12:53 AM

I have to admit it is actually pretty good and I am really ashamed to admit that my favorite French fry dish is poutine. French fries, steak, gravy, cheese curds I am getting hungry just writing about it.

Bill Murphy 11-30-2014 10:27 AM

Drew, send me that can. Thanks.

Drew Hause 11-30-2014 09:36 PM

Another shameless variant

I wish some of these posts had a "like" button, I thought I was the only scots that like my fries with mayo!

My great great granddaddy is in that image, he's the one shooting. Notice the resemblance.....

The french should try french fries with chilli and cheese. Now that's a meal especially if you go to Hooters and eat it.

Destry L. Hoffard 12-11-2014 05:28 PM

There's a diner, kattykorner from the bar I work in, called The Fleetwood. They serve chili cheese hashbrowns (coney style chili) that I believe must be made by the Good Lord himself. There's also a punk rock girl who waits tables in there that has Bible verse tattooed all over her. I go in there to read the Good Word as often as I can.......

I can't help it but I want to ask Destry what his favorite parts of the Bible are. But I am scared the moderator will issue me a detention. So I won't.

They will only censer Destry if he answers.

John Dallas 12-11-2014 09:31 PM

I have shared several world-class burgers with Destry at Miller's Bar in Dearborn, MI. (Best Burger in the Detroit area) If he tells you something, it's the truth

I've never seen inside the covers of that particular book, but upon reading the spine, I've an idea that the contents would be a stimulating bit of study. Hope springs eternal.......
