Boy Scott, that's a screamer. Nice find! (and a 20 to boot)

Frank Cronin 06-14-2014 09:59 PM

Very nice Scottie. I hope I get to shoot it the next time I am up at MW.

Hi Scott...I like that one,,,sweet! I have took interest in NID-16 and have started looking for hi condition light weight one with modern dimensions and would prefer M/F for roosters but grouse chokes may also work. I have a couple ICD-S in 4E and the one I just bought is a 20/16 set.....(-: The fun is in the chase....SXS ohio

Can you post pictures of the pigeon coop?

wayne goerres 06-15-2014 08:15 AM

Those pigeons must have been living in the lap of luxury.

wouldn't help - a coop like that would be in a gated community :rotf:

Dave Suponski 06-15-2014 10:21 AM

Ya Rick most likely..Maybe a $50 to the gatekeeper would help....:rotf:

I had a 1936 vintage 28-inch mod & full Field Grade that weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces, but went ga ga for this 26-inch ic & mod, high condition, 1941 vintage, 4E with twin ivories, single selective, and original recoil pad --

but, the boys at Fall Creek Waterpower Lot #6 didn't spend near enough time striking the barrels or trimming down the stock, and it weighs 7 pounds 2.6 ounces!!

Point being, really light weight NID 16-gauges are hard to find in my experience.

scott kittredge 06-15-2014 05:29 PM

Dave, What is the lop on that nice 16 ga.? :corn:

Dave Noreen 06-15-2014 09:33 PM

It is 14" x 1 1/2" x 2 3/8" measuring from the single trigger.
