16 gage reloads

I'm not a reloader but I know some here are and thought this info from another site might be of some interest.

That DR-16 wad was just developed by guy named Nick Hammack, over on thew 16 gauge site. It's main use is with 3/4 or 7/8 oz loads, in the 2-3/4" hull, without having to use fillers. I haven't done any work with this wad yet, but hope to in the future.

Larry Frey 06-17-2009 10:09 AM

Dave, I hope your buddy Rich turned over all the RST hulls we saved for you at the Hidden Hollow shoot.

Dave Miles 06-17-2009 10:46 AM

Larry,
I wish to thank you and everyone who saved their hulls for me.
However, I will not see Mr. Anderson till 6/18, as we prepare for our trip to the U.P. Shoot. He did say he had some hulls for me. And I have his D grade, 12 gauge skeet gun.
I think he'll be willing to trade. :-)

Dave, Rich has enough of those - I'll PM you with an offer on that one

Dean, I don't have a nickle into the gun. You can have it for the cost of shipping. :duck:

Dean Romig 06-17-2009 01:08 PM

I'll PM my shipping info to you.

I don't think we'll hear a peep from Anderson . . . I have some very incriminating pictures of him from Pennsylvania

If Rich stole a cookie, I'll bet it was a chocolate chip cookie.

Dave Suponski 06-17-2009 02:35 PM

AH...I see you know the cookie monster well also Mr. Miles.:) All in all its Ok if it helped him get home safe from the HH shoot. He was probably chucklin all the way.

Larry.Thanks for the info!

Dean Romig 06-17-2009 10:22 PM

You're right, chocolate chip was his cookie of choice however, he absconded with an entire bag of them . . .http://025

Rich Anderson 06-23-2009 08:19 PM

Those cookies were liberated from the heat and neglect of the floor of Dave's car. I used tips I picked up from Thelma & Louise at the Olive Garden (you know who you are:) ) and saved a young man from additional acne from all the chocolate:rotf:.

Dean you can post whatever pictures you want I'm not scared:bigbye:

Dave Suponski 06-23-2009 08:38 PM

Rich,I have to admit you learned very well from Thelma and Louise :bowdown:Maybe next year the "Cookie Lady" will make you your own bag.......Na I doubt it :crying:

Dean Romig 06-23-2009 08:58 PM

Rich, that is so tempting is almost sounds like a challenge

Rich Anderson 06-23-2009 09:56 PM

If you can put the cookie picture under my name that would be good. I can barely spell avatar let alone know what one is.

I'll let your conscience (I thought we would have spell check on this new and improved site? Lots of other useless drivel but no spell check:cuss:) be your guide. Sorry I wandered off there a little bit.
