Trojan 12 ga.

Would like assistance with finding barrel length for ser. 187895 Trojan. It is a 12 ga. with no space at end of barrel. Thanks Thomas L. Benson Sr.

Hello Thomas ; Could you post a pic. of the end of the barrels ,perhaps we could see if the barrel keels are present ?

Thomas L. Benson Sr. 12-12-2009 06:04 PM

Russ: Not sure how to post so put them under albums. If there not clear maybe i can post better pic. Thomas L. Benson Sr.

You need a very detailed measurement of the last five inches of your bore to determine the originality of your gun. If you will give us your location, we may be able to recommend someone to measure your bores.

Weston: They measure right at 30 inch. but i don't have a space at the end of the barrels. Thomas L. Benson Sr.

Weston Croft 12-14-2009 08:42 PM

Well, they didn't come any longer than 30". If "just short" of 30" perhaps a damaged muzzle was trimmed up. If exactly 30" perhaps the rib space thing is another one of those that is correct almost all of the time rather than always.
