2 20 gauges
1 Attachment(s)
My 2 VH 20 gauge Parkers. Goal for the year is more bird hunting
Nice going Mills and a straight grip gun to boot. Small bores rule:bowdown:
Now look for a sleek long barreled 20 with either 30's or better yet 32 inch tubes. |
That is right. I need a Parker 20 with longer barrels and tighter chokes. My Fox 20 has full and mod chokes and is murder on wood ducks
They make fun clays guns as well. I have two 30 inch 20's and a 32 in Parkers and a 30 inch AE Fox. All are a blast on the clays course.
My 28 Parker does great on the clays course and close woodcock shots. How it does both I have no idea.
We go quail hunting on a prestigious Plantation later this week with the whole family. My mom is a closet anti gunner, but should still get both of these guns on birds. Nothing beats Morrison Pines though |
Hoping to get my boy on some birds by the end of the season as well
fine looking 20 gauges mills....them boys will bring lots of birds down with them guns....charlie
Parker 20s are addictive! Nice ones Mills!
Thanks guys!
The way I see this is you need one more so all the Mills men can have a 20:)
2nd cobbs statement....charlie
I've actually got 6 Parker 20's.
Thats a good start:)
Yeah, missing are a long barrel tight choke one, a few higher grades. Need the 16s and 28s to catch up some. Also a half frame is sorely lacking
Oh, and this is not a wtb at this time. Need to restock the war chest |
You have until the Southern to restock that war chest:rotf: There are alternative ways to purchase......just ask me how I know:whistle:
That is the idea and it is right around the corner
Watch out Mills - COB will have you selling your blood to finance that war chest.
. |
That's ok
It's not your blood actually it's the plasma. There are other ways for fast cash and lot's of it. I call it O.P.M. other peoples money:rotf:

But on this thought, a nice G 28 gauge might be found at the Southern, maybe forget what I said above. |
Sounds like Rich has experience with these kind of things
I most certainly do and will teach you the ways:whistle:
Mills those are two fine guns and I am sure they will earn their keep so to speak, Hope you can put your boys on some birds, don't know who will be the proudest them or you! Gary

G 28 ga. at the Southern?? Tell us more! |
There was a GH 28 at the Southern a few years ago for around $9,000. Not sure what was wrong with it

The Southern is full of surprises. Lots of opportunity to stimulate the economy of our great nation:)

A prime example of where creative financing is required.
Dad bought a day and a half of quail hunting at a nearby Plantation this weekend, so the whole family is going. Mom is a closet anti gunner and is trying to sabotage the thing but should still be fun. It still won't be as good as Morrison Pines which is hands down the best

I know of a very nice VHE 20 skeet gun excellent condition and it's in the serialization book. Time for lesson one in OPM, other peoples money, oh and it's very reasonable. I bought one at the Southern last year a vent rib gun or I'd be on this in a heartbeat. |
Not Julia, my Mom. Julia is as far from an anti gunner as you can get
Whew you had me for a moment there. Now back to the skeet gun, everybody needs a 20ga skeet gun. There's no better quail gun.
I have a 28 gauge skeet gun. Where is the 20?
I'll PM you the info. I have A 28 as well.
Look out Mills, pretty soon he will having you sell blood............:rotf::rotf:
There's a market for blood? Where?
Look for a business called Bio-Life. They take the plasma only. I've financed more than one gun selling a renewable resource :rotf:
