Got to attend - great opportunity for a side trip to Rock Hall for Rockfish tacos at Ford's!

Thursdays are all you can eat oysters for like $40.

A Hopkins shoot, not really a VGC event. Just sayin’.

I can drive to Hopkins early Thursday or Friday morning shoot two or three events then return home the same day like last year . I can’t do that to Rock Mountain without driving twelve hours in a single day . Nothing against Rock Mountain as I like it the most out of all the places .

This is the Vintage Cup, not a "Hopkins" shoot, but it has been cancelled for lack of interest and participation.

I completely agree with Daryl. Last year Hopkins did very little for the shooters other than a very expensive (and revolting) food truck. I’ll not be going back to Hopkins any time soon. Mike and Sammy know how to put on a great shoot. Rick Hemingway does this too. I’ll drive a bit further to support the folks who support us.

Absolutely Ed. Last year was Meh! Now at $69/50 targets and $100/day for a cart I can spend my money where it's appreciated. I won't miss it, just miss seeing the gang. The Koneski family knows how to put on a shoot and we appreciate it.

Now that George Hopkins "owns" the Vintagers, this is the end of what was started years ago. No big deal, many events have filled the void.
