12g on #1 frame?
Not sure that I've ever seen one come up for sale. Don't have TPS or serialization book with me, wondering how rare they are? Would love to see what one feels like with 28" legs on her.

I have three that will be on the market in the near future. They might not be real common, but I wouldn't consider them as rare either.

Very common early on

A 1 frame 12g is by no means rare. But they are very nice guns if you want a lightweight 12g. But a shorter barreled 1-1/2 frame feels pretty much the same.
I am actually going to be donating a 1 frame 12g G grade for a raffle gun in the future. So, you could have the opportunity to own one for cheap. |

That's right Mills. The 1-frame 12 was about as common as the 2-frame 12 in the hammer gun days. I have a beautiful Grade-4 12 gauge hammer gun on the 1-frame with 30" Bernard barrels. . |
I have a beautiful Gr.2 hammer on a 1 frame and 32" tubes. Love it!

My 30" Bernard 12 ga CH 1 frame is 7lb 3oz. I have lighter 1 1/2 frame 12 30"'s.

I think mine is about 7# 6 oz.
