This is the gun Dawe mentioned on another thread. We talked about putting back as a restoration VH but the rib matting is an absolute mess, many deep pits. The rest of it is all very fixable. The other option is an upgrade of some sort, take all the matting off. Engrave a nice barrel script on the rib.

I have a 16 ga VH 32 1 1/2 frame with straight grip and no safety. About to go I n for resto now.

I little bit of finish and this darn wood is all screwed up, I told Dawe I wanted pretty straight grain not all this ugly figured stuff…..geez!
