If you are looking at a lot of guns, it is the best thing that $35.00 can buy.

Just so you know, there is a LOT more about Parkers in this book than just serial numbers!

Frankly, if you own a Parker, you should also own this book. Along with both volumes of The Parker Story.

Really good advise on both counts ! I don't believe there is a day that goes by I don't go to " The Books " as I am scouring the Gun Sites to look something up ! Especially ,The Parker Story " ! Also make good reading ,there is so much information even after years of owning all three I seem to pick up new information every read !

I assume it won't list with a Browning Superposed butt plate and 30 3/16" barrels.....

There are some gaps in the numbers and your's is in one of those gaps...... sorry but it's not listed.

According to the research letter check feature from the home page, the PGCA does have information on serial number 152581. There were two sets of Parker Bros. "books", stock books and order books. Parker Gun Identification & Serialization was produced from the information in one of those sets of books, but the PGCA has information from both sets for doing research letters.
