Gunsmith for Parker Repros
Not for myself but for a friend who was in New Brunswick last week. His single-trigger Repro 20 failed to fire a few times and he told me it felt as if the trigger had dropped down.....(?) So, Mario, my gunsmith is tied up for a month or so and can't get to it soon enough.
Please tell me who you have used for Repro work and your level of satisfaction. Thanks - Dean |
I think Abe is well versed in Single triggers. And he is relatively close to you.

Right Brian - I have used Abe's services in the past but didn't think he would work on Repros.... Maybe I'm thinking of Del Grego - I believe they won't work on Repros.

Hello Dean , I am aware you ask about Repro's and I have no idea if these Fellas work on them but you might give ,Dan May or Ken Waitte a call at Miller Single Triggers , " Shop # 315-216-6240 ", . They did Great work on the Miller Single Trigger on my DHE 28 Ga. and after it came home I never had another problem , and the turn around time was very fast ! Very nice Folks to deal with also ! Thanks Russ, I know them both and they have a high reputation among PGCA members as well as a good number of folks in the SXS community. I'll forward your suggestion to the owner of the gun.

Chris Maest in Princeton, NJ used to do work for the Skeuse family when the guns were in production. I think he knows how they work. He is a great gunsmith and has worked on my competition guns. His business is Clay Target Sports. Dan May and Ken Waite are also talented trigger guys.

Thanks very much Bill. I had PM'd Richard and he recommended Chris Maest too.
|
Dean, Abe was the guy to fix my single trigger Repro. Did a great job as usual.

Now that you remind me, I recall that he was.
(I get by with a little help from my friends.) |
