i expect you are more likely to find an 8 gauge rebarreled to 10 after the ban

but that would be a heck of a set for the traveling waterfowler

would be kinda of an unusal barrel arrangement..but i would certainly order one if i could... charlie...

James Julia's had several 8 gauges for auction a few years ago and one was an 8-10 two barrel set. It was pretty nice

Mills, that would have ended your search. I would like to find a set of #6 frame barrels, even if it was only the breech section.

It would, but the catalog was just a back issue our gun club just let me have. If I remember right, the gun had Damascus 8 gauge barrels of some obscene length and the 10 gauge were Parker steel 32' and probably added later. Grade 2 hammerless. Nice gun

well at least i know one set of these were made now..thanks mills... charlie

The catalog is at my parents' place, otherwise I would get it out and post the particulars here. It is an interesting question. I have a GH 12 gauge with two sets of barrels (one Damascus and one twist) that have the same serial number and must have been made for the gun, but the letter only shows the Damascus set. I wonder how many other similar two barrel sets are out there?

Charlie & Mills: I have a CH grade with the original Bernard Steel barrels & another set of Titanic Barrels with the same SN. The letter states that the 1899 Parker was sent back in 1902 for cleaning, adjusting and adding the Titanic barrels.

Best Regards, George
