It's on my calendar as of now so I will not forget to take it.

She is a smart dog. I had a GSP Willie who liked bourbon.

I have had shotgun shells loaded for quite a while. I cleaned the gun room but then started loading rifle shells so the mess shifted. Today I was digging through the components and found stuff I forgot i had mostly brass much of it new. Tomorrow is organization day.

I have loaded rifle shells from the 22 Hornet to a double rifle in 500 BPE:eek: This deer season I'll just pick a rifle any rifle and it will be sighted in.
Come and try to steal my TP or bourbon I dare ya :rotf:

John I'll bring it back for you if you wish.

There is an hour long YT featuring Islay and the eight distilleries on the Island. It is on Netflix as well. Randy, being the Lagavulin.

Whats the name of the program ?

john pulis 04-10-2020 01:47 PM

Chris,

One is is entitled, Scotch, the magical or some other adjective for elixir, and the other Islay. I searched Islay and both came up along with half a dozen others touring the whisky producing regions of Scotland. Some interesting narration and visuals about a Master Distiller first name is Jim but whose last names escapes me at the moment. Also a nice historical overview of Johnny Walker and the underground distillers following Culloden. Good viewing for these stay at home days. Was tempted to buy a bottle of Bruichladdich, but better angels prevailed, at least for now.

Keep the faith

thanks i'm taking the day off and will look it up - Bruichladdich is awesome by the way

John where these vidoes, YouTube, Netflex? Chris never had Bruichladdich it isn't real smoky and peaty is it. I know can't get it in Michigan or I can't find it but the state controls what is sold in MI.

Rich Anderson 04-10-2020 05:46 PM

Eric I'll make you the equivalent next time your at camp,:whistle:

Opening day,

The films are on both, but Netflix is better as well as Amazon prime. I first caught it on YT and then searched NF and AP. Bruichladdich is from Islay, but no where as smoky or peaty as Lagavulin or Laphroiag. I broke down and bought a bottle. They also have similar films for JD, JB, and others.

This too, shall pass.
