Graf and Son recently had some 22 short cartridges. They were made for the Polish Olympic Team! They were priced right, and I needed some for my Winder musket. It has since sold out.

I'm looking for a brick of Fiocchi primers if any one runs across them.
Thanks Bob

Bob, Bob S. has CCI that are same dia. as Fiocchi, I think 130.00 for 5000/ I just pick some up about 2 weeks ago

I just saw Fiochis. Since KTP was the last place I've been, I think, it must have been them. Or maybe it was Ballistic Products. CRS sucks.

Reloading costs

I was at a local gun store today looking for some misc things and to my surprise they had Remington Peters 1-1/8 oz x 3 dram in both 7-1/2 and 8 for $6 a box. These are those beautiful medium blue compression formed hulls like the old AA's. With these prices for shot, primers and powder and the time it takes to load them, I'm not sure buying factory ammo isn't cheaper in the long run. He had 275 flats and those hulls are very reloadable. Although I don't shoot 30,000 rounds a year.

I have gone through 10 bags of shot this summer so far. Only another month on the sporting clays courses then its bird season:) Maybe once fall gets here things will loosen up some.

't know if it is a sign of things to come but I was in wally world today and the ammo case was almost full. No 22s but almost everything else. I ordered a case of 16 ga from RST and they wernt backordered. They came right in had them in 3 days.

called around and found one shop that said they had the powder I wanted, stopped in and they brought out a pound of powder, I said might as well get two, and was told that was the last one.

then I remembered that I was almost out of primers, he said they had two boxes, and they have been in back order for four months. I took both.

The delivery we just got had Top Guns $56.50 a flat, shot in mid thirties, W209 for $31.50, Thunderbolts for $21.00 a brick. I may be set for life at the rate I'm shooting.
