 Menu Selections update Jeff Kuss and I have wisely delegated the food aspect of the HOF banquet to Sir Jimmy Hall and he has the following delicious information: There will be passed appetizers that will cause you to chase the wait staff around to get more! There will be a dessert bar where you can choose of many sweets. And your dinner options will be: A) 8 ounce Filet Mignon B) Pan Seared Salmon Filet C) Southern Fried Chicken Breast D) Gluten Free option The entrees will include a lovely garden salad and great sides. I need to know your dinner entrée choices ASAP. Please include your guests selections as well. Please email me your choices to: george.m.purtill@snet.net as soon as you possibly can. If I don't get your choices you might get the Purina option. George |
