Many thanks Dean!!!
If you asked me to go north with you this weekend...?? ;) HEH!! Anyway - it appears that the barrels are re-done on that GH, so I dun'no?? If I look at the "patina" on the receiver versus NO wear on the BBL - it just seems "off"? I dun'no..?? I'd trust your eyes to tell me what you think?? Best to you!!! JD |
MmmmIdunno... maybe, maybe not... I'll let you know about the barrels too.
|
John,
My first take was that the barrels have been redone and quite possibly the stock. Look at the receiver screws as they look somewhat proud to me. I doubt they have much over 2K into it. |
Hey Rich!
Your eyes are the same as mine..??? As for Dean's eyes - well, you know...?? ;) Anyway - my best to you gentlemen! Rich - you going to Vintingers?? JD |
John says he's going but as much as I like John... he can't room with me and Kathy 'cause we'll be celebrating
|
Dean what is it you will be celebrating??? New stemware perhaps:whistle:
John I won't make the Vintagers. I can shoot birds made of feathers not clay at that time of year. I have two new guns that will need to be "bloodied" but I'll think of you waiting in line to spend your hard earned (ok I'm just being nice here) dollars for clay targets while I'm behind a staunch GSP with a fine Parker in my hands:) |

Wish we were... the old stemware's due for replacement soon I think. |
