agreed - its not a numbers game, but its a heck of a lot of fun to come up with a nice find. (not unlike my too many prints) I walked away from a 28 bore double back action muzzleloader this weekend, Just decided -although it was a very unusual piece, don't think I have seen one before - I wouldn't use it much, and it had been aggressively cleaned.
I of course kept the guy's card in case. My lovely wife even asked the next morning if I wanted to go back for it. Still thinking hard about a little 20 Fox I know of though. Its been restocked, but I can always use another rainy day bird gun  not being a number game work both ways |
It is great to have a wife that supports your shooting. Mine loves it as much or more than I do.

My bride and I have come to a truce - she doesn't ask how much I spend on guns and fly rods, I don't ask how much the new dress, necklace or hairdo cost. Somnehow it's worked for 44 years

The Lovely Linda and I do not have a truce and it is up to me to take care of the "situation". I do have the property under control, but the house, the guns, the cars, and the motorcyles are another thing altogether. Please wish me luck.

Thanks Gary, I often wondered where all those hammerguns slept.

I used a bit more "basic" ceiling rack in my gun closet in our old condo in Alexandria --

Gary, I especially like the three guns in the rack with the red background. Dave, nice condo.
