I usually take 2 knives. One for small birds and one for large birds. They work very well the pointed one is for fish.

My Old Style and New Style Model 8. In case you can't tell the big one is the cover photo of the book; it's the first knife Bo Randall made in 1937...

Yeah, or drop a few hundred on ebay! I'll have to settle for this old Marble's of mine - not quite the same but close as I'm ever gonna get.
