Would you have any idea on the value of this one? |
Well, it is a nice VH 20 but has a higher grade replacement stock. Very nice but not original. A nice upgrade with beautiful wood. It is not
a "SKEET" gun or would have been noted on the uderside of the barrel flats. The chokes may in fact be 'skeet' dimensions but you would need to measure them. Beautiful wood! Congrats! |
An anomaly is tough to value. Very high grade furniture! The sub gauges are moving the needle as of late. I'll wait for others to chime in.

I’d just like to thank you all for the insight and knowledge you’ve all given me. In this day and age, you just can’t trust everyone and you really need to watch your back. The people I’ve spoken to on this forum have been nothing short of fantastic. I actually just got off the phone with Dean Hanson and for never speaking to him before, after we hung up I felt like I’ve known him for years. There really are some good people left in this world and I thank you all. I’ll definitely keep you guys posted on what happens with these fine firearms.
Thanks again! |
Could anyone recommend a reputable sxs gunsmith in the Swansea Massachusetts area?

Treasure those guns, you may be shocked at their value.. He must have loved his guns and had a good appreciation for Parkers.

Well, the VH 20ga is still a bit of a mystery. The serial number isn’t in the Parker Serialization book. I will be checking under the trigger guard tang to see if the stock has the same serial number as suggested by Dean Hanson. Stay tuned!
