Looks like a great 28 Craig. Just the way I like to find them, a good honest gun. What's the barrel length and have you measured the bores and chokes yet?

26” supposedly F&F . I’ve not measured them . And while I’ve not fired it at a flying object yet , what little I’ve handled it I think it feels better than the Winchester 23 Classic 28 gauge I had thirty years ago !

I Agree, Dan. Those two words are mutually exclusive.

I really really NEED an EH with factory 24” and another with factory 26” . A VHE 28 00 is in the I want real bad category . And a VHE 20 with 26” factory is seeming to be another “I want” item :rotf:

Lunchtime at the shop ! Sort of chili smothered in shredded cheese with sour cream , cherry tomatoes and White House rolls ! I may never live like a King but I can surely consume like a pig :rotf:

Tell me about it ! One of the guys that hangs out at the shop brought in the “sort of chili” so I went to the grocery to get stuff to doctor it a bit . I was diagnosed diabetic little over a year ago and usually eat a salad of some sort for lunch , days like this kinda throw a wrench in the works :rotf: My best friend of over fifty years is moving to Colorado Friday so yesterday he and I went out to lunch at the local Mexican joint , that did not help my diet either !!!!
