How about with your other mail and periodicals?
Do you have a daily newspaper delivered by the USPS?

Maybe a visit to the Postmaster at your regional USPO is in order... or at least maybe you could register a formal complaint....?

Made it to the WA/ID border on the 13th. Now I'm feeling a need for a Parker Bros. hammer gun!! Great issue Dean and all the authors.
