John, are you tracking renewals seperate from new registrations on those who have done so online?

I track on-line Memberships - both NEW members and RENEWED Members? Both are equally welcomed. Is that what you are asking?

No John, I know you welcome everyone who joins or renews (you're that kind of guy - friendly, warm and sincere) I was just curious how many new members have signed on here vs. the number of renewals using this new feature. I don't think it will tell us anything - I'm just curious about the numbers split.

Awww - I see what you mean..! Right now, it's about 80-85% are renewed vs. 15-20% new (as a SWAG).. I suspect that will change in the next few months, though - becoming about a 60%-40% (renewal - new) mix...

For mail in memberships - it's about the same right now as the on-line ratio...
