Hated to miss the photo. Did not get any of me with the trophy but did get these. They are better looking than I am anyway.

Question for you Southern Gents: Why is it that the real deal "recipe" that comes in Mason Jars is so smooth - despite not having been charcoal filtered, aged in charred oak barrels etc etc? :whistle:

The good stuff is distilled multiple times.

That's why you often see it represented by a Mason jar with three or more X's

The really good stuff is first run, sugar is added later to other runs and is just sugar liker!
