The original stock had about 4" of drop and it broke while trying to bend it in such a way as it wasn't repairable. At the time I didn't think to keep it:cuss:

Rich ,did the original stock have a " Kerr Sport Shop " Pad ?Which was also stamped Beverly Hills Cal. .

The original stock had a checkered butt. The trunk case has an Alex Kerr, Beverly Hills, Ca label. The original owner was a Major General William Bradford who was stationed at a S.A.C. base in AZ. He was instrumental in the dropping of the Atomic bomb on either Hirioshima or Nagasaki I don't remember which.

So, the "drop" in the stock was symbolic?

I couldn't say about the "drop". The owner befor me was a retired NFL player from NJ. and maybe he had it restocked for him I can't say. The forarms are to the best of my knowledge original to the gun and have a more elaborate checkering pattern than a std G grade.
