Team one, the shooters pictured are granted a copyright license to download these images for their personal use. If you would like a higher resolution (15 to 19 meg) then email me at mike.moffa@freedmanseating.com and I will send to you. Please put PGCA Competitor in the subject line and the color of your shirt, so you get the correct pic.

Team LC won the 16 Gauge and 10-bore Team events; but lost the 20-bore event. Apparently a Parker shooter and an LC Smith shooter each got a perfect 30/30 in the 16 gauge event which is amazing. These events are not official PGCA/LCSCA events, but not sure who was in charge so I am posting

Already said it once but thanks again to Michael and Mills for their efforts. It takes time, your time, to take all of those pics as well as editing and posting. Your time is valuable and "we" really do appreciate it. Thanks !!

He was proud to wear the red hat.
Henry shot a 34 and our lowest team shooter was a 35. He shoots way better than his father.
He now shoots a flamethrower built by Dave Fjelline. It is a hammer gun with 32 inch steel barrels. The parts were gathered by myself with location services provided by our own Jim DiSpagno.
The hammer gun receiver was a grade 0 top lever. It sports more engraving now courtesy of Noelle.
The steel barrels and fore-end came from a VH.
Both of the donor guns were pretty much junk.
It has Briley thin wall chokes and is back bored.
Dave provided and carved the butt stock.
He shoots skeet and skeet tubes all the time.
Go figure. But he is a 29 year old former lacrosse goalie who makes quick decisions on flying objects.
I will post pictures if he lets me touch the gun again.

Dean Romig 05-02-2019 09:51 AM

Sounds like quite the hammer gun. I should presume it’s a 12 gauge?

.Those LaX goalies (the good ones) are incredible! What reflexes!
My grandson Cam is a LaX defenseman. His Dad is a professional LaX ref and coach.

Yes sorry it is a 12 gauge. It can shoot any 2-3/4 inch load you stick in it.

I was noticing that gun during the shoot. Sounds like a winner!
