Think if means 70% percent of shot in 30 inch circle at 40 yards. Russ its a Jostam Hy-Gun Recoil-pad. At least its kind of neet since it don't have the original I suppose it thumped him a little. I'm shooting 7/8oz 2 1/2 long load from a helpful member and its pretty respectable. Put a golden phesant in it and I bet you would know it.
