I just saw on FB that The winner was Joel Penkala, formerly of Griffin & Howe. He also does the gunroom podcast.
The drawing was this afternoon at the awards ceremony at the VC.

The 2023 raffle gun will be presented to the membership in the Winter Parker Pages.

It is a 12g GH Damascus.
