Ok I understand what you mean. Skeet can be shot with any barrel length or choke combination. Some folks do pretty well at Skeet with tight chokes, some not so well.
But the fact that somebody might have shot Skeet with it doesn’t make it a Skeet gun.

I know it’s not a skeet gun it is choked perfectly for field use .
It’ has a interesting bbl configuration for that time period.
My 1928 vhe is 30”
.735 bore and .690 at the muzzle very tight

Had a very enjoyable fall hunting birds with the PH grade gun
A detailed choke measurment
Right bbl light mod
Left bbl imp mod
Worked well on sharp tailed grouse and shot some ducks with 1 1/8 oz bismuth
loads
It was my go to gun this fall

Don, you originally described reversed chokes in your P grade. Are they actually reversed? If so, the left barrel may have been bored out a bit. What bore micrometer are you using. The reason I ask is that .045 is an unusual choke measurement for a Parker.
