Very cool!

I fully agree on the Miroku. I have C. Daley 500's in both 12 & 20 by Miroku and both are great guns, never any problems. They can still be had at very good prices and are almost identical to the BSS Brownings made by Miroku. I guess the " made in Japan " still bothers some folks.

I've got one of those Miroku 500's as well. Hardly ever use it, but its nicely made, shoots any 2 3/4", and double triggers too. If I had a choice I don't think I'd use a non selective single trigger gun anymore.

You know...if the picture of your hunt with the old 10-s was in black and white....it could have any date attached to it......1900....1905....1910 These are the good ol days... Sweet SXS ohio

Nice hunt guys! That bearded retriever may need some correction with the shock collar, wouldn't want him to get distracted.

Dean Romig 10-14-2015 09:45 PM

And for heaven's sake - DON'T feed him before the hunt - Look how lethargic and confused he looks. Always feed him after he has performed well. Treats now and then during the hunt are okay, but nothing more than just an enticement to do well.

But look at the fine lines and the way he works. He works hard to please his hunting partners. :rotf:
