I wonder how many years it sat in a closet or an attic before someone decided they didn't want a "gun" in the house! Nice gun.

You just never know what will show up at a flea market, estate sale or even a yard sale. You've got a keeper there Dean. Congrats!

I guess most everything has been said but ooohhh and aahhh
Very nice find Dean, the gun and the friend are keepers Now will Morris sell you some RST 10's. Or will he think you're kidding? |
Morris will sell me the shells but he'll do it in his signature way of just looking at you with his short cigar butt pointing right at ya and not say a word, but that little twinkle in his eye lets you know that he still loves ya.

It is such a lively gun I told Dave I thought it was about 8 lbs. but I weighed it this morning and it is 9 lbs. exactly.

Ya see Dean, you just never know where that next Parker is coming from. Nice one! I've been kinda halfheartedly looking for a 10 to hunt waterfowl down here in the Chesapeake Bay country with but now after seeing your new find, well, if YOU are going to hunt with a 10 then I guess I should really get one. Next year we'll have a really big bore squad at Ernie's. Congrats.

Congrats Dean! Look forward to seeing your "new" 10 gauge it real soon!
