All these pups are male and orange.

It would be very hard to choose based on looks. Those are (really!) fine looking setter pups.

Garry, all four have great personalities too. Only difference so far is a few ounces of size and coloration.

You need that pup, Joe.

Mike Koneski 10-09-2022 02:56 PM

Yes Joe, you NEED that pup!!

Mike Koneski 10-11-2022 05:05 PM

The pups are 7 weeks old tomorrow. All growing like weeds. Eating healthy, playing a lot and sleeping well. AND, don't forget 10 puppies pooping. We should add that to The Twelve Days of Christmas!! Now that y'all are singing that in your head...:rotf: They will be dewormed again this week and weighed. They have their vet visit and shots on 10/18. We have two nibbles on the remaining four. If you are interested now is the time to act. The remaining four are in the lodge with us during business hours and that usually sells pups.

Keavin, come on, you know you want to!!!

That would make a great story for the Parker Pages! If someone buys a pup, does the training and has a great hunt to share. :smiley7:

ONLY TWO PUPS REMAIN!! They turned 9 weeks old on Wednesday, 10/26. All have their shots and have been dewormed, toe nails clipped and had their vet check ups. We do have one gent interested in a pup and he needs to decide which one he will want. First deposit gets the pick of the two pups.

First photo is pup #2, second photo is pup #4.

Joe Dreisch 10-28-2022 01:59 PM

Mike, the pup shown at 9 weeks as #2 is the same pup as 7 weeks #3. Check the dots between the eyes...

I know that, we are numbering them from our list. Ignore past numbers.

My son and I got to meet Mike and Susan yesterday and pick up the last puppy, which my son named “Chase”. Looking forward to watching these two become best friends. They have many fun days ahead together!

Jim DiSpagno 11-14-2022 06:59 PM

Congratulations Jay. They will definitely have some great adventures together.

Would that be the 20ga. Lifter? You do have an imagination!

No sir, top lever. Young man is starting out in style. BTW, I don't consider it imagination. I see it as being a visionary.

Jay Oliver 11-15-2022 01:28 PM

I had mentioned to Mike, that I bought my son a 20 gauge Trojan made in 1913, excactly 100 years older than him a few years ago. It was actually the first Trojan I shot and it is a nice Parker. Here is the thread from when I got it: https://parkerguns.org/forums/showthread.php?t=23790

So yes my son Johnathan has a Parker to use with his new dog Chase. I will be the one carrying the 20 gauge lifter on our hunts :)

I can't express how wonderful it has been with the puppy the last few days. My daughters are having fun too. Plus my Golden Retriever/Irish Setter mix got used to everything fairly quickly. I feel like it was meant to be...
