The AH Fox Collector’s Association set up a display of Fox guns at the Las Vegas Antique Arms Show.

Researcher was first at the show setting up and last to leave.

I met Mr. Noreen at the fox table and he talked to me about the guns displayed there. I find it funny you have the picture of the lefever optimus? as I stared at it for quite a long time. I enjoyed getting to see and handle parkers and other shotguns. I wish I could have ran into other members but I arrived around lunch time so I think people were not around.

I flew into Vegas on Monday night for four days at the SHOT Show and then made the antique show on Saturday and was really impressed. So many fine guns of all types! I can't remember ever seeing so many Parker's at one show. Unfortunately, I was suffering from a sinus infection of some sort all week long and once in the antique show it got even worse. I think it was all the really old guns and gun cases with years of dust and mildew that exasperated my already bad sinus condition.
The upside, I got to meet and visit briefly with David and Patrick Lien at their table. They had several original finish Parker's and a table full of other neat collectible stuff. While there, I had the pleasure of meeting and shaking hands with Mark Ouillette also.
I wish that I had not felt so miserable. I would have loved to spent more time talking to these new acquaintances, but I just wanted to get out of the building and back to to my hotel bed. I'll attend again in the future and actually do look forward to it. This was the kind of show I usually really enjoy.
