Hi Mike,
The gun with both barrels weighs 6lbs, 12oz. That is with no recoil pad on the butt. If the gun was originally sold with a DHBP, wood cut for the recoil pad, that may make up the difference because the hang tag says 7lbs. The unstruck weight on the Meriden barrel is 3/9 and on the Remington barrel 3/11. |

I love that gun. Reminds me of a gun my dad gave me.
Transition guns are so cool in V grade and a 1/2 frame to boot!!! Great buy. |
1/2 frame
Another 1/2 frame for Craig Reynolds.

I'd like to be on the first squad or so out if possible. Maybe meet there at 8am? Daryl indicated that he wanted to come up too. Weather is for partly cloudy/sunny so far. Football on TV starts at 12:00.
Hopefull Daryl will see this thread or call me or I'll call him later in the week. |
Sounds like a plan! I'll probably be there in time to get an egg sandwich and a cup of jo before the clay smashing starts! ;)

Got it Chuck, you can still call me anyway to confirm. I love hearing your voice. Ooooy.... a 1/2 frame! Bob, you can shoot the open choked barrels and I'll test the tightly choked ones.

That's not our problem buddy, don't you have a nice hammer gun you can shoot? Bob and I just want to make sure it's fun enough for you to shoot.:bigbye:
