John- the only D grade hammer I saw for sale at HHH was a 32" #5 frame 8 bore John Allgood had on his table for $9500.

I was there yesterday morning and enjoyed meeting the Parker people from this board who were there and many other old friends and aquaintances. Weather was great Saturday. Wish I was a clay shooter but would have been embarrassed by my skill level so I didn't shoot.
Lots of nice guns!!! The one I wanted to buy got scooped up by Tony Galazan. It was a 16G damascus GH that Steven Cobb had. I went to my car to check the Serialization Book, came back with my tools for measurement and Steven told me it was gone. What a bummer-it was my kind of gun-99.5% and all original untouched-a time capsule gun.
One other caught my eye but my pocketbook was shy of the $35,000 price tag Steve Barnnet had on it. It was an Ithaca grade 4E NID 410 with single trigger and vent rib in very high original condition.

Other sites are saying good things about the shoot. I look forward to hearing from some more of our guys and maybe looking at a picture or two once folks get home and settled over the next few days.

This was a fairly good gun and except for the issue just forward of the front trigger plate screw, would have sold at the asking price.
