Nice looking gun you have! You have to admit that whether a grade 0 or a grade 6, those old doubles had an elegance to them that you can't find in a modern equivalent.

A person can choose to shoot lesser loads. I shot a high grade 1883 hammer Parker at a trap shoot in Nebraska with $1500 at stake and was using standard Federal trap loads. Parkers are not delicate little things.

Bruce,

That picture makes me jealous every time i see it!!!

What is the value range of an 0 grade, 2 frame, top hammer as mine, assuming the barrels measure out properly for safe firing?

$500 to $2000, but a closer estimate could be made with more and clearer pictures, some close up of the rib, the receiver, and other parts. Yours looks like it could be a nice example.

The value is priceless if you plan to keep it and use it, and maybe pass it down to a son or daughter!

I have held quite a few weapons in my lifetime, especially while in the military. But never has a rifle charmed me as this one has! Lord forbid I ever get my hands on a finer grade Parker. If an 0 grade can do this, what sort of reaction can one as I expect from finer one? Obsession!!
