That pattern is not correct for a Trojan in many different ways. The action panels would have never been checkered, and especially not in that type of pattern. The wrist checkering pattern is also not correct for a trojan. The checkering is also too fine and it should not be fully pointed up.
Not to mention that the border is not correct for any Parker gun. Also, the quality is lacking to be mistaken for factory Parker. Looks like someone just got a bit creative with their checkering. If it were mine, I would try to "save" it by putting full "B and up" style action panel checkering on it. Would still not be correct, but it would look better. What is the souce of this gun Jack? Yours? |

Presently, U.S. and Canadian dollars are trading at about Par - perhaps a penny or two either way. Bigger hassle is getting it back across the border. Hard to do, unless you have a Canadian Possesion and Acquisition License

Yeah, your right Jack. There are many other Trojans to be had for that price that do not have the issues that this one has. Might be a tad rougher in some ways, but at least original.
