Assuming it is functional with no major issues such as the barrels rattling loose, buy it; do not hesitate...quickly! What a deal.

Well you have convinced me. Or at least confirmed my thoughts. Should have it in my hands in a few weeks.

Brian,

That PH looks a little nicer than the Fox A Grade you sold me at near the same price. I love it when a plan comes together...

A also appreciate the handling and quality of all old doubles, regardless of their maker!

I got the rebarreled PH today. The photos make it look a hair better in some respects than it is in person, but I am happy with it. The Vickers barrels have a great fit and actually do not look too out of place on the gun. Overall, very nice for a shooter.

Now just to see how it shoots, hope to get a chance this weekend.

How can you go wrong with a Parker in that condition for $500.00, even if it was re-barreled?

Brian Dudley 09-08-2011 10:10 PM

Took the gun to the Skeet Range tonight and it shot well. Or should I say typical for me. Can't complain at all. The IM chokes may be a bit tight for the skeet field.

Dean Romig 09-08-2011 11:48 PM

Station 8 should be the only one where those chokes should be a problem...

And that they were.
