I've never seen Remington's PARKER GUN WORKS OVERLOAD PROVED stamp on a Damascus barrel.

Just for reference, here are a few of Remington steel barrel rebarrels of Twist/Damascus guns from the 1890s. A 0-frame Quality PH that got a set of Vulcan Steel barrels in 1936 --
