If I had put all of my money in high condition parkers, instead of real estate. I would still have money now.

The value of my shotguns has declined a bit in the past two or three years. I am still happy with them compared to anything else I could own except hunting property. I guess I should stay on topic and mention that I am expecially happy with the performance of my VHE .410 Skeet.
