Thanks Steve; I had the same question! At first I thought - "how in the world" could Brian tell that, thinking he must be clairvoyant. :rotf:

Like Scott, I’m interested to know the barrel length and chokes. Looks like a very nice shooter.

Thanks everyone. I thought the gun had some problems but I just love the look and history. Don't know how much I'll shoot it but will fit well in collection.

Dudley you're right about gunbroker ... I'm waiting for delivery.Should be here Friday... probably paid to much but what the heck.

What does the A1 frame mean? Harold mentioned
It supposed to have 26" barrel too.

I'm sure this will make me buy more Parkers ... just finished a 14'x14' walk in safe and got to fill it up now if the wife doesn't kill me first ::rotf:

The "1" frame is the size of the frame. This is a smaller frame for a 12ga gun. Most 12ga guns are built on a heavier #2 frame. This will make your Parker a bit more lively in your hands. Should make a great skeet or upland bird gun.

Thanks for the info, Todd. Take that one out and shoot it. Great chokes for upland game if you are so inclined. You will find other "safe queens" to keep in that 14x14. Parkers were made to be used.
