Yeah , I shouldn't say it but I'd find room in my not modest 10 gauge accumulation for that one and I already have a pair of 4 frames an 0 grade and a Grade 3 .

#4 frame higher grade guns were often ordered by competitive shooters to maximize the weight to just come under the 11 pound limit for pigeon guns used in important competitions. Consequently, these "just under 11 pound" guns were often ordered by competitors whose names are recognized by those who study such things. When you get your letter, post that information here for assistance.

My grade 3 #4 frame 32” ten was ordered by DuBray and it tips the scales at about 10.5 lbs.

That is the one with a special order noted for the rib. It is not matted l think.

Correct Jimmy. The surface texture is like a fine stippling. I can’t find anyone who has ever seen another.

Have we seen a picture of the rib on that gun? It sounds like a great special order feature. For whom??

A lot of character in that gun. A number of great craftsmen put some time into that one. I hope you get it. It is a treasure just to own it as it is, a once in a lifetime find to me.
