Thank you ArtS and to everyone else that responded. I will check out 24 Hour Campfire and see what I can find. It will be interesting to see if I get a response from the check I mailed.
Kind Regards, Mark

I have been shooting 16's for 25 years and according to info from the DGJ that if you are using plastic cases that 2 3/4 hulls make no difference in chamber pressure because the plastic when fired just fills part of the forcing cone designed for the paper hulls which were cut oversize for what is now available. I have done this with all my old 16's with no issues, it saves a lot of reloading issues as in component supplies and time fiddling around

I own several 16 gauges and shoot 2 3/4 shells in all, most are chambered for paper hulls and have room for plastic hulls to unfold in the forcing cone I never bother to measure cambers in my guns and have been shooting old style AA hulls loaded to light trap loads with no problems, I am in the process of switching to the foichhe loads posted on this site. The only problem I could see is if you have a gun chambered for what the English called perfect's to which I have never seen advertised in 16 ga. fun shooting

I finally saw the light and started using 2 3/4" loads in my 16's. But I still got a short kit because I had about 1,000 RST 2.5" hulls and there were loads for them on the 16g society so I'm doing those with 1oz and longshot, and love them. 1200fps 7200psi.
