I remember the Trojan Powder Co outside of Allentown. Can't tell you how many times they had fires/explosions on that site.

Aldo Leupold wrote about using flushing bars to help pheasant mortality. That poster is very cool! I also very much agree with the poster about cats. Just sayin'.

Very nice Stan.... Have a few Ithaca items in the collection, but no oil can. Last one I seen offered at a local show $800... Probably worth it if you are an oil can collector.

I also very much agree with the poster about cats. Just sayin'.

We live along a very short small road, I cannot tell you how many cats show up that have been dropped off, much to the delight of my daughters.

I know when groundhog hunting, if we see a cat that is more than 200 yards or so from the barn or buildings and doesn’t have a collar….. I’ll let you guess you guess the rest:smiley7:

Nice Ithaca items there Randy!

I gave final rites to a cat at our cabin, then threw the carcass into the woods. 6 months later, during a winter playtime with our grandkids, the dog came out of he woods proudly carrying the now picked clean skull.
Was cause for great conversation (+ and -)

700$ seems the going rate currently. Wow!

If anybody would like to look at or purchase one of these Ithaca oil cans, Brian Hunt (Firetower Doubles) will have some at the Southern I believe, at least he had some yet the last I had spoke with him,

That 1933 U.S. Dealers Price List is a scarce piece. I've been collecting NID paper for several decades and I hadn't seen it before.

Great collection Dave... The price list was in this pocket catalog. Has been in the collection for around 17 years...
