I suspect the fingerprints are John Dunkle's, forensic testing would reveal he has borrowed the gun at some point in time.

The early records refer to the ball grip as pistol grip or PG. The capped pistol grip is referred to as CPG. Around the 1910 time frame the order books actually have 1/2 PG for ball grip and PG for capped pistol grip. The latter records finally refer to the ball grip as "Ball". The straight grip is referred to as "_______". That one took us a while to figure out.
