The editor called and left a message that she wanted to explain the situation with the

My understanding is that the printer is re-shipping to everyone that "preordered".

Replacement copy arrived today, plastic wrapped, in mint condition.

I also received my replacement copy a few weeks ago without requesting it. I believe they are shipping one to evryone who got one not properly packaged.
