Any unusual markings on the barrel flats? Could you add a picture or two of the barrel flats to your album?

I wonder whatever would posess someone to cut 32” Damascus barrels back like that, and then add fluid steel tubes back on and restamp the rib like that... certainly not Parker Bros.

That is one interesting gun.

I don’t know. The barrels are 32”. How can you tell that “fluid steel barrels were added? I don’t know anything so just wondering, interesting that you know these things. Is there any value to the gun for insurance policy? Where would one proceed to get a value or to resell. I really am interested in off loading as I dont shoot my rifles or shotguns anymore.
Thank you for your knowledge in this.

Well Jim, you not being a PGCA member, just mentioning you have guns for sale here violates our forum rules.

To know that the barrels were cut back and then fluid steel barrels added takes an understanding of what you're looking at and what to look for.

From the breech end of the barrels up to that welded seam the Damascus pattern is visible but beyond that point to the muzzle there is no pattern and the barrels there are simply steel.

Thank you, apologies for the delay, I added a few today to the album. If you need to see more let me know and I will take some closer photos. I don’t see any other markings.
