Shell boxes
 
I'm still trying to figure out what makes one worth $17 K and the next one worth $17. I can kind of understand some of the more artful boxes, but others don't appear to be so well decorated and still go for a high price. A local guy here has over 800 boxes. I don't really get it.

Same with duck decoys and that is why I avoid getting seriously involved in either hobby.

I too bid on a few items each auction....they are about the only good place to bid on shotgun shell boxes and 22 rifle shell boxes...and have a good selection of single shot shells and rifle ammo...lots of old guns too...charlie
