Mark Larson can fix any short stock for 600.00 and you will never see the extension! SXS ohio

That gun looks like it just emerged from a time capsule and would be a bench mark for any collection. Beautiful example with virtually zero wear. Some slight wear on the trigger guard tang and a little on the front bottom of the action. Priced at 15K and think it would sell.

It's expensive for what it is. I have a nice high condition CHE with a 13.5 LOP and solve the problem with a slip on pad. IMHO if you have them shoot them. Ever kill a bird with a mutual fund statement or your 401K ?

The quickest way to devalue this gun would be to alter its configuration.... like adding an "invisible" stock extension. Use a slip-on pad with 1/4" foam inserts as required.

If I had 20G to spend on a 20 gauge parker. I would certainly shoot it....actually if I had 20G for a 20 gage I'd just buy me a really high grade 12...but I'd still shoot it. I shoot my mint S&W Registered Magnum and people think I'm nuts so....
As for the 13.5 LOP...... that would be a non issue for me. I am 6 ft 5 and comfortably and accurately shoot parkers with LOP from 13 inches to 15.5. Of course varying DAHs don't really bother me either. |
